What certifications do you have?
We hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI social compliance, and ISO 9001 quality certifications. Full factory audit reports available upon request.
Can I order socks without my own design?
Yes! With our ODM service, our design team will create custom sock designs based on your brief, color preferences and target market. You simply add your logo.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 100 pairs per style for ODM, and 300 pairs per style for OEM custom orders. We support small batch orders for new brands and startups.
How long does sampling take?
Standard samples take 7–14 business days. Rush sampling within 5 days is available for an additional fee. DHL/FedEx express shipping included.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Absolutely. We offer header cards, polybags, gift boxes, kraft paper boxes, and retail-ready packaging with your brand's logo and design printed.
